Alan is the Director of Gaza Sky Geeks (GSG) in Palestine. Every year, GSG upskills thousands of Palestinian individuals and dozens of tech companies in high-value in-demand skills, then connects them to overseas markets for internships, employment, freelancing and outsourcing contracts.
Alan previously had a long successful career in growing tech companies. He founded his own UK company which was acquired by the then US market leader, and then held senior positions in global tech companies, venture funded start-ups, and in the innovation-commercialisation, start-up & venture capital sectors.
Alan has a BSc from the University of Wales, and MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
