Biography

Kathryn Lancioni is an award-winning educator, communications strategist, and founder of Presenting Perfection, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations master the art of communication in a digital world. With over 25 years of experience advising global brands including ADP, IBM, NCR, Smith + Nephew, Sony, Deloitte, and UPS, Kathryn has built a reputation as a trusted voice at the intersection of leadership, technology, and storytelling.

A member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Kathryn has authored widely read articles on generational communication, the ethical integration of AI, and resilience in leadership. She is a fellow with The Institute for Digital Transformation, the author of three textbooks on the field of public relations and a frequent speaker at global conferences, including SXSW, the IWill Summit, and international women’s leadership forums. She is also the host of Gut Punch, a podcast focusing on the unexpected challenges of life and the resilience that comes with navigating them.

In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial work, Kathryn serves as a professor at top U.S. universities, where she bridges academic research with real-world application, preparing the next generation of leaders to thrive in fast-changing industries.
