Adrian Pearce is the Principal Business Value Consultant for EMEA in the Software Monetization business unit at Thales, with a major emphasis and interest in end-to-end operations of software delivery, entitlement and licensing. Adrian is focused on helping customers understand the value of transforming their approach for License management, guiding them to deliver against their business goals and requirements, To do this he uses his experience working for and with organisations large and small. He has worked in the Software and Services industry for 25+ years in numerous roles. Adrian is from the UK and has a Batchelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
