Raj Desai has experience leading online product and business growth teams for some of the most successful companies in the world. He is currently vice president of Product, Portfolio Management & Delivery for Kaiser Permanente, where he oversees the development of Kaiser Permanente’s digital properties including kp.org and Kaiser Permanente’s flagship mobile application for the organization’s 12.6 million members.

Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Raj led a global team at Alphabet that delivered tools and content to Google Adwords customers. Raj also led a Google X spinoff, Wing Aviation, through the expansion of a touchless fulfillment service via drone in Australia, Finland, and Virginia.

Previously, Raj held senior product management roles in e-commerce with GoPro and Staples. He also spent time at eBay, where he was responsible for defining and delivering a few of the online marketplace’s critical customer-facing products. He began his career with teams delivering early browser products and data center technologies at Netscape (later acquired by AOL/Time Warner).

Raj holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a Bay Area native and lives in Los Gatos, California.
