Noud is the Interim CEO of Fairphone. Fairphone is a purpose driven scale-up providing a modular smartphone that is fair to people and planet, with employees in Amsterdam, Taipei and in China. At Fairphone, we view ourselves as innovators and solutioneers, using our business to prove that fair alternatives to the industry’s social and environmental challenges are possible. Noud started his career at ABN AMRO Bank, and worked 9 years at Avantium, developing and commercializing technologies for the production of chemicals from renewable sources and circular plastic materials used for a variety of consumer products.
