As a global Product Owner at HEINEKEN, Michel is leading the hybrid multi-cloud strategy and service delivery across 85 countries worldwide. In a previous role he was responsible for the service delivery of HEINEKEN’s global marketing and sales platforms, and instrumental in moving them into the public cloud.
Prior to working at HEINEKEN, Michel gathered the bulk of his experience working for Shell and Philips. It is the challenge of successfully operating in these large, complex and multinational organizations that drives him. So far his journey spanned all digital delivery aspects from strategy, design and development through to (IT) operations management. Always balancing business acumen with creative approaches to engage customers and create value in the digital age.
Michel is a strong believer in enabling digital transformations by adopting new (agile) ways-of-working and unlocking the promise of the public cloud.
