Patrick Mason

Patrick has been with HKA since 2019 and has led the company’s Digital Adoption efforts. He began working closely with HKA’s PMWeb clients on their software adoption and has utilized various Digital Adoption platforms to ensure the success of their project controls implementations. His background in software training enabled him to quickly understand the value of a functional digital adoption platform during new user onboarding and new software rollouts. He has created digital adoption solutions for some of the largest banking institutions in the world as well as some of the largest privately owned companies. He continues to find new ways to leverage technology to alleviate the change management stress that has long plagued the software industry.
