Jesse Fewell serves as the primary coordinator of Digital Transformation at BAE Systems’ US-based businesses. BAE Systems is a provider of military and industrial products and services to a global customer base. Jesse’s role shepherds investments in state-of-the-art capability, oversees tech transfer across the company’s various businesses, and promotes adoption of digital technologies across the company’s employees and customers.
Before his tenure at BAE, Jesse founded and led multiple consulting firms in Agile and Digital Transformation. With a proven track record of teaching and coaching thousands of leaders and professionals in fourteen countries on five continents, Jesse has established himself as a trusted advisor to organizations such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Duolingo, and Washington, DC public schools.
Jesse has founded three professional association communities, contributed to the development of five Agile certifications and recently chaired the 8th edition of the PMBOK Guide, the premier global standard from the Project Management Institute.
