Alice Hilson is a Senior Director of Digital Innovation and Emerging Technologies at DuPont, where she leads enterprise-scale initiatives across AI, data, and advanced digital capabilities. With over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, Alice specializes in translating emerging technologies into measurable business value across complex, global organizations. She is also a subjectmatter expert and thought leader in DuPont’s Frontier Firm partnership with Harvard Business School and Microsoft, contributing to the exploration of how AI reshapes work, leadership, and organizational performance.
Prior to DuPont, she held innovation leadership roles in the energy sector, including serving as Head of Operations for an open innovation studio powered by Shell. Alice is recognized for her strategic leadership in responsible AI, data-driven decision-making, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams. She holds an M.Sc. from the University of Florida and an MBA from Colorado State University, and is based in the Greater Philadelphia area.
