Aditya Kejriwal a seasoned transformation leader with over 22 years helping organizations transform operations and reduce cost by up to $100M by leading global labour arbitrage, data and digital transformation, automation, and customer experience initiatives.

He currently leads the customer insights strategy for Cardinal’s direct to consumer business with a priority on building a customer centric culture. He has been with Cardinal for 9 years where he has played multiple roles in the areas of commercial product management, digital transformation, business process outsourcing and shared services development. Previously, he held senior roles at WNS global services and other service delivery organizations where he specialized in leading multi-geography, multi-disciplinary programs that included cost consolidation and process harmonization across geographically dispersed business units. He has managed many of the largest investment banks, well-known names in manufacturing, financial services and entertainment as customers during his 10+ years in the outsourcing industry. Aditya has a Bachelors in Engineering and MBA from top institutes in India.
