Gilda is an experienced agile practitioner, coach, and design thinker. She has a background in technology and digital. Her current work focuses on people and transformation where she leads a future of work initiative to build the skills needed to innovate across AI, Digital, IT Cloud and Security. She’s also experienced in building Communities of Practice. She leads a global Learning Exchange community. A platform of collaboration and knowledge sharing to tackle challenges in critical skills. Gilda is also a diversity champion. Since 2019 she’s been on the board of WICT UK, a network that empowers women in the industry through a learning programme of workshops, mentoring, and coaching.
