Emma de-la-Haye

Emma de-la-Haye is Engagement Director at Prosci Europe and a seasoned change leader, executive coach and adviser. She leads Prosci’s team of Executive Instructors and Advisors across the UK and Ireland, directing delivery of the full portfolio of Prosci programmes, workshops and consulting engagements for organisations building, maturing and scaling their change capability. With over 30 years of corporate experience—20 of them at director and senior leadership levels—Emma brings deep expertise in large-scale transformations. Emma holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a PGCert in Advanced Executive Coaching from Bristol Business School.
