Kevin Willems

Kevin Willems leads the Solution Engineering team for Apryse across EMEA. He began his career at iText in 2017 as a developer and support engineer, before helping spearhead the company’s Solution Engineering function and making the move into a customer-facing SE role himself. Today, Kevin manages Apryse’s regional SE team across EMEA. Having made the journey from individual contributor to leader, he brings a personal perspective on the challenges of letting go of the work you know, leading former peers, and learning that success as a leader looks very different from success as an expert.
