As a front runner, he embraces and implements new technologies ensuring that PostNL will be the most innovative e-commerce and postal logistic platform in the Benelux. Frank’s team consists of 150 highly qualified data specialists that see the fun and value in data and work with techniques like machine learning, deep learning and operation research. They work on state of the art data platforms such as an AI industrialization platform and in close cooperation with business owners from different departments within PostNL. To either decrease costs, increase revenue, and increase customer satisfaction.
